AFL rookie draft 2020: Launceston's Isaac Chugg gets picked up by Collingwood
Two new Tasmanians have found their way onto AFL lists for 2021 - although perhaps not the ones many were expecting.
Launceston speedster Isaac Chugg and North Hobart talent Patrick Walker were picked up by Victorian clubs in Thursday's rookie draft.
A former Longford junior known for his blistering pace on a wing, Chugg was selected by Collingwood with pick 28 after playing in the Blues' 2020 TSL flag.
The 18-year-old finished top 10 in two categories at the national combine testing earlier this year.
Walker is off to North Melbourne after being snapped up with the second pick of the draft.
