Australian Open final 2025 Madison Keys' wedding, husband and ...

When it comes to winning the Australian Open, there was one other life event that tops it for Madison Keys.
The American was sensational in her final against Aryna Sabalenka, and watching on from the box was her coach and husband Bjorn Fratangelo.
Fratangelo, and the rest of Keys' team were in tears post-match, with the win coming only two months after the two were married.

That wasn't the only praise she had for her husband during the interview.
"I have the most supportive, best husband in the entire world, who didn't even want to coach me," she explained.
"And I was like, please, please come with me.
"So it took some arm-twisting, and he has just been the most supportive, and he's fully believed in me every step of the way."
Keys win completes a long journey to grand slam glory.
The 29-year-old was a teen prodigy growing up and reached the US Open final in 2017.
But she had to wait until 2025 to reach another decider, and this time she was victorious.
Her round matches were ruthless. She knocked off 10th seed Danielle Collins in the third round and Elena Rybakina in the next.
In the quarter final she defeated Elina Svitolina before springing a massive upset in the semi by beating Iga Swiatek. The biggest upset of all was saved to last thought and her relief was clear during the post-match presentation.

"I have wanted this for so long and I have been in a grand slam final, it did not go my way," she said.
"I didn't know if I was going to be able to get back to this position to try and win a trophy again and my team believed in me every step of the way so thank you so much.
"They believed in me when I didn't believe in myself and helped me every step of the way.
"Last year was so tough with some really bad injuries and I didn't know if I was going to be able to do it again and to be here and have this trophy and also be able to do it with my husband, who is kind of dazed and confused over there.
"I love you all so much and I cannot wait for more."
