Tenisha Crook, partner of Richmond’s Jack Higgins, removes all Instagram posts after her angry rant
An angry footy WAG has lashed out at “selfish” Western Bulldogs players partying in the Queensland hub, labelling them “little losers”.
Tenisha Crook is staying at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast with her partner, Richmond’s Jack Higgins, as part of the AFL’s hub due to the COVID-hit season.
In a now deleted video on Instagram, Ms Crook accused the Bulldogs players of having little concern for other AFL clubs Richmond and Geelong, who are staying at the same venue.
“I opened my door and I saw the security guard... And I said ‘Hey can you hear that music?’... He said ‘yeah we just told them off and to turn their music down’,” she said.
“The little losers have turned it up louder in spite of this.
“Richmond and Geelong are training for the finals that are in two or three days.... it’s extremely important for a final.
“And these idiots, just because they got knocked out, they are treating it like a western suburbs nightclub.
“Like how selfish can you be?”
Ms Crook then lashed out, and said the behaviour made her “so mad”.
“Just literally get on your flight back to Footscray or wherever the f*** you live,” she said.
The Bulldogs were celebrating their Charles Sutton medal count while still on the Gold Coast, after being knocked out of the finals race by St Kilda days earlier.
Richmond and Geelong, meantime, were preparing for must-win semi-finals.
It’s not the first time a Richmond WAG has found herself in the headlines for a social media post.
Captain Trent Cotchin’s wife Brooke was found to be in breach of the AFL’s strict COVID protocols earlier this year when she posted images of her trip to a day spa on Instagram.
The club was subsequently fined and the Cotchins issued an apology.
