Toni Kroos bids an emotional farewell to the Bernabeu.

Full match player ratings below:

Thibaut Courtois—8: One massive stop on Miranda which will fill him with confidence ahead of the UCL final.

Dani Carvajal—6: Like many, did not want to overexert himself ahead of next week. Dove into a few challenges and missed a good opportunity after a Vinicius back post cross.

Rudiger—5.5: Rare poor game from Rudiger, who had some heavy touches and misplaced passes. Looked a step slow.

Nacho—6: Earned an early yellow card after a poor touch on a ball carrying sequence.

Ferland Mendy—6: Connection with Vini was lacking but did muscle through three Betis’ players to play the Brazilian in down the wing late in the second half.

Eduardo Camavinga—7.5: Strong in the tackle and quality in possession — has been in good form over the last few matches and heading into the final.

Fede Valverde—7: A number of well-timed sliding tackles to dispossess Ayoze Perez.

Toni Kroos—10: A grade for his career at Real Madrid. One of the greatest midfielder’s in football history and a legend of the club. Thank you for everything Toni, you will be missed but forever remembered.

Jude Bellingham—7.5: Worked tirelessly on both sides of the ball. Showed off his technical skill set and dribbling from the left flank.

Vinicius Junior—7: Lacked the final touch or finish on the night but never stopped running at the Betis defense, in particular Sorkatis.

Rodrygo—7: A number of silky smooth dribbling sequences down the right that were nearly converted by Vinicius, including a backheel attempt.

Substitutions:

Kepa—N/A: Had relatively little to do after entering the match for what is likely his final game with Real Madrid.

Militao—6: Still looks a touch slow when defending 1v1 and while trying to sort his feet out.

Luka Modric—7: A number of back and forth interchanges with Toni Kroos that felt all the more meaningful given it would be the last time that duo feature together at the Bernabeu.

Lucas Vazquez—7: Nearly set up Kroos for his prototypical finish with a cut back to the top of the box but the ball bobbled on way to the German.

Dani Ceballos—N/A: Will leave with the memory as the man who substituted Toni Kroos at his final game at the Santiago Bernabeu.
