Slater Gordon allstaff email reveals salaries and performance
The email purports to reveal all staff members’ salaries and performance ratings, as well as the outgoing head of HR’s views on key managers.

Law firm Slater + Gordon is investigating an all-staff email purportedly sent by out-going chief people officer Mari Ruiz-Matthyssen that appears to contain salaries, bonuses, performance ratings and criticisms of key executives.

The alleged handover email, sent from a personal email address bearing Ruiz-Matthyssen’s name and part of a larger email chain that appears to include a Slater + Gordon work email address, was blind copied to all staff at the law firm on Friday morning.
